Altrusa Tucson, Make Way For Books, and the Pima County Public Library have teamed up to present the first Tucson Laps for Literacy. Steven W. Lynn, of TEP/UniSource, will serve as honorary chair of the free event, set for Feb. 18, 2012 at the Reid Park Band shell. Walkers and runners take their mark at 9 a.m.
